How to care for your new wickedly wonderful toy

All of our toys are coated in a high end high gloss instrument lacquer. They are fully encapsulated, which means they can be cleaned without worry of the wood soaking in any bodily fluids. This coating holds up well to most cleaning agents used in lifestyle spaces. Spray it down with your cleaning solution, then wipe it down with a paper towel to spread the liquid around. Let it dry, most cleaners work through evaporation and that is what does the actual cleaning.

Our toys are made out of wood and it is a natural material. They are sensitive to heat and may crack if left in a hot car or when exposed to temperature extremes. Additionally, some woods can bleach when exposed to UV light. So try to keep them in a bag or case and out of direct sunlight whenever possible.

Our furniture is produced in the same way our toys are, they are also susceptible to heat and UV light. Try to place furniture out of the sunlight if possible. The vinyl upholstery we use is typically high quality arctic vinyl and should have no issues being sprayed and cleaned with toy cleaners or similar agents. It is however susceptible to punctures/scratching from harnesses, shoes and jewelry.

Do:

• Spray your toy/furniture with a cleaner (Biocide or alcohol) and give it a quick wipe down

Do Not:

• Leave your toy/furniture in a hot car
• soak your toy/furniture in cleaning agents
• Leave your toy/furniture in direct sunlight
